First round of editing just finished, and I’ve written the back cover blurb, which means the two most painful parts of writing a book are behind me. Publication is looking to be August-ish.

UNCHAINED Update – First Draft Complete!

I finished the final words to UNCHAINED earlier today. Finally!

It’s much longer than expected, but I’m not sure there’s any fixing that. I normally write my first drafts very lean and end up adding and embellishing during my revisions (which start tomorrow).

It’s hard to remember the beginning of this book since I’ve been working on it so long. So when I start from the beginning, a lot of it is going to be new to me. LOL

There’s also a cover to be revealed very soon!

UNCHAINED Update – January 2

There’s no way to wrap this book up in 8,000 words as I planned. It’s either going to be considerably longer than books one and two, or I’m going to have to cut it down by a lot. I’ve already cut an entire subplot by just not writing it. It’s hard when the characters spend too much time outside of time itself. I feel like I’m losing track of time too.

A Quick Note on Pirated Books, UNCHAINED Update – October 17

If you see UNCHAINED available for download anywhere, no, it is not a legit copy from the future. It’s not even a leaked copy, because there’s no way the written part of it could have been leaked.

My books are only available from well-known booksellers or from libraries, and right now the only free book is THE ALIGNMENT. Any ‘download for free’ copies on random websites are pirated. If you’re short on funds and would like to read my books, please request them from your local library.

Speaking of UNCHAINED, I’ve written a rough bullet list of everything that happens to the end, and it’s under one page long! Now I just have to expand it to about 30,000 words. Easy, right? ;)
